        Genuine customer service

After some confusion due to auto generated emails, I called, talked to a real person, who answered my questions, understood my problem, and sorted it immediately. They even warned me that there might be another confusing auto generated email, which there was, but it was ok, because the problem was actually resolved.
The next time I need rigging I will be calling and ordering directly from MTN because dealing with real people is still the best way to do business.
